How do I know my order is confirmed? – You will get an amil. If you’ve not had one, please first check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it then get in touch. orders@needleandcapp.com
Do you charge VAT? – Nope.
Wallpaper.
What size is a roll of wallpaper? – 52cm wide and 10 metres long.
Is your wallpaper suitable for kitchens and bathrooms? – It can cope with some humidity, but is best in a space with some ventilation. We don’t recommend that it gets directly wet. Behind taps or a shower is a bad idea.
How much wallpaper do I need to order? – A good guide on wallpaper quantities can be found here How to Estimate the Amount of Wallpaper Needed: 9 Steps (wikihow.com) It is worth remembering that whatever the size of the repeat, this is the amount of wallpaper that could be lost on each drop. Our designs tend to have a 50cm repeat. We recommend adding at least 15% more onto the overall size of wall you need to cover and then ordering to that size. Our wallpaper is printed to order, this means that if you don’t quite have enough and need to order more, we can’t guarantee that the colour of the new roll will be an exact match as variations occur across different batches of paper.
What paste should I use? – A ‘paste the wall’ paste. Buy a good quality one, solvent free with a fungicide protector in it.
